How does your pricing work?

Simple flat rates based on your home's size — that's the only variable. Check your address above and we'll email your exact rate in writing. No quote appointments, no negotiation games, no "special today-only deal": every home of the same size pays the same price.

How do the plan terms work?

Your plan runs for the term you choose — quarterly or 6-monthly — and renews automatically so your protection doesn't lapse. We're upfront about that: the renewal terms are in writing at signup, we remind you before each renewal, and you can cancel before any renewal with no cancellation fee. No fine-print surprises, no exit penalties.

What happens after I enter my address?

We confirm you're in our service area and email you the plan details. Your address helps us plan our service runs — we only use it for that and to service your home if you sign up. We never sell or share your details.

What pests are covered?

Ants, spiders, cockroaches, silverfish, wasps, rodents, fleas and other common household pests, treated inside and outside your home. We don't currently offer termite treatment — and we won't pretend it's "coming soon" to win your signup.

Are your products safe for kids and pets?

We use APVMA-registered products applied by licensed technicians to Australian standards, with methods chosen for homes with children and pets. Your technician will walk you through exactly what was used.
